At ULR Jaguar, our workshop utilises the most up to date equipment and has been purpose built to support the Jaguar maintenance program, which allows you to get the best performance from your Jaguar vehicle.

Our vision for Jaguar customers is to have them, and their cars leave our Service Department fully revived and rejuvenated. Our Service Consultants will ensure that you have a complete explanation and understanding of the work carried out.

Our Services include:

Customer Facilities - Should you prefer to stay at ULR Jaguar whilst your car is being serviced, a customer lounge is available for your convenience. Facilities include access to telephone, facsimile, television, tea and coffee.
Shuttle Service - We operate a free shuttle service to Tooronga Station (trains every 10 minutes to the City Loop).
Tram Service - There is a tram service along Malvern Road to the city.
Vehicle Pick-Up Service - Collection of your vehicle is available by prior arrangement. This service will cost you approximately $25.00 excl. GST if collection is within Metropolitan Melbourne.
Replacement Vehicles - Replacement vehicles are available by prior arrangement, please allow two weeks notice. There is a charge for fuel usage.
